Housing Engagement Action Response Team (Heart)
To provide a 24/7 service response team, the HEART program consists of student workers that serve as dispatch. They field calls and provide great customer service to residents in need of assistance. Main workers field all resident concerns and dispatch the appropriate staff members to assist. Some resident needs include, but are not limited to lockouts, emergency maintenance concerns, quiet/courtesy hours, or interpersonal conflict. At times, HEART may be asked to also go perform lockouts and in-person assistance.
Candidates applying for a position on HEART will need to be available to fulfill at least 12 hours per week at $9/hr. This will consist of business hours, some night hours (8 PM – 8 AM), and some weekend responsibilities.
How to Apply
